FiveCams is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not permit minors on our platform under any circumstances. Users suspected of being under 18 will be permanently banned.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use FiveCams to transmit, display, or engage in:

  • Content involving minors or child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Non-consensual sexual content or revenge porn
  • Violence, threats, or harassment
  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Illegal activities or solicitation
  • Spam, advertising, or phishing

3. AI Moderation & Monitoring

FiveCams employs AI-powered content moderation. Video sessions may be periodically analyzed for compliance with these terms. Users who violate our policies will be automatically banned without warning.

4. Privacy

Video chats are peer-to-peer and are not recorded or stored on our servers. However, session metadata (duration, reported incidents, moderation actions) may be retained for legal and safety purposes.

FiveCams is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users. Use at your own risk.
